He had his finger in the air…telling me how bad my 11.3 A1C value was…When I finally got out of that office, I felt terrible! What was I to do…I’ve been trying for a long time… but nothing was working…One thing I knew though…I had To Take Control Of My A1C…

Have you ever felt any of these things? I know I have! The problem here is that going to a personal trainer just once or twice a week isn’t enough to really get you anywhere (except really, really sore) and hiring them to work with you every single day would cost thousands of dollars.

The other trouble with a trainer is that they often leave you to work out the food plan on your own (or charge more to provide it). Using pre-packed food services like Nutri-System has undoubtedly given a great many people fabulous results by limiting calories and removing all guesswork…but, unfortunately, the results don’t usually last for long. Eating that way doesn’t help you learn how to eat AFTER the diet is over and the old bad habits usually return almost immediately…along with the weight. Not only that, but the food itself, being highly processed and full of chemicals, may have helped you lose weight, but did nothing to improve your nutritional health!

So again…You WANT help, you NEED help, but WHAT are you supposed to do?
